Yoga jewelry chakra rings - The Seven Chakras stacking ring set

Inspired by the seven chakras, I make this set of seven sterling silver rings as a little rainbow to carry with you. Each ring holds a natural gemstone representing one of the chakra colors, from deep red through violet.

If you are drawn to yoga, meditation, or a more mindful way of moving through the day, the rings can be a personal reminder to pause and return to what matters to you. Wear all seven together or choose a few to accompany your mood or intention.

Each set takes shape at my workbench, one ring at a time. Worn together, the individual silver bands gather into a broad stack, with little touches of gemstone color nestled among them.

Side note: I rearrange the gemstone pattern on my own set several times a day, lining the stones straight up, on a diagonal, or letting them wander. The fiddle factor is endless.

The natural gemstones measure approximately 3mm round: ruby or red garnet, carnelian, citrine, emerald or green onyx, sapphire, iolite, and amethyst. I choose the red and green stones according to the prettiest quality available from my suppliers, so your set may include garnet in place of ruby, or green onyx in place of emerald.

Each sterling silver band is approximately 2mm wide. Worn together, the seven rings form a stack approximately 16–17mm wide, about 5/8 inch.
